Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing clients to present our ICT products and services.
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system.
Develop and implement strategies to grow client base and increase sales.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Familiarity with the ICT industry is a plus.
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.

Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for sales.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
Handle client objections and provide effective solutions to meet their needs.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the ICT industry.
Strong understanding of leased lines, MPLS, SD-WAN, cloud services, and voice services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
